Homebuyer Education Classes 2010 Homebuyer Education Flyer (PDF) Attend The Village's FREE Homebuyer Education Program to learn about purchasing and owning a home. You will also work one-on-one with a Village financial counselor to create a personal financial action plan. Local lenders, realtors and housing assistance programs will also give you ideas on making wise housing choices.
Fargo/Moorhead The Village Family Service Center is an authorized educator for the City of Fargo and the City of Moorhead's Homebuyer Assistance Programs.

Tenant Education Classes The program is designed to give new renters essential skills to help them find and keep decent, safe and affordable place to live. The program also teaches renters how to better their housing situation and to address problems specific to individual rental histories. Attending the class can help you recognize and address problems to make you a more marketable tenant.
